Frequently Asked Questions

We work with business owners who know they should be putting out consistent video and photo content but don't have the time, team, or headspace to do it themselves. Our clients run medical and dental practices, fitness studios, wellness brands, trades, restaurants, and service businesses across Canada and the US. If running your company already takes everything you've got and content keeps slipping to the bottom of the list, that's where we come in.
-
It depends on what you need. A single shoot day is different from an ongoing monthly arrangement, and a 60-second commercial with talent, locations, and motion graphics is different from a website video refresh. Before we send any proposal, we run a short discovery meeting to understand the project and share clear numbers. No surprises later.
-
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, all final files are yours. Use them on social, your website, paid ads, billboards, anywhere you want, for as long as you want.
-
It's a retainer model built for businesses that need consistent content but don't want to hire an in-house team. Once a month, we come in for a single shoot day and deliver 15 short-form videos and 15 photos planned around your business goals. You stop thinking about content. We handle scripting, shooting, editing, and delivery on a schedule.
-
That's the first question we answer, before any shooting happens. In our discovery call, we sit down with you to understand what you're trying to grow: more bookings, more qualified leads, more visibility in your market, stronger trust with the customers you already have. Then we build content around that goal, not around what looks good on a reel. Every piece we produce should have a job to do for your business. If we can't explain what a specific video is meant to accomplish, we don't shoot it.
-
Bring whatever you have. We'll do the rest. Our team plans shoot days, writes hooks and scripts, and builds the content calendar based on what your audience actually responds to. You don't need a creative brief written before you contact us. A short conversation about your goals is enough to get started.
